Double bed, TV, air conditioning, boiler, microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine. Excellent infrastructure. Near the shopping center "Ocean Plaza". There are shops and a pharmacy in the house.
The apartment is always clean, cleaning after each guest. We provide towels and bed linen. The apartment is not rented for events and celebrations. It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment (in case of violation of the fine), walk in shoes, deliberately damage property and listen to loud music after 22.00. In an apartment you need to feel at home, relax and use the apartment and property for their intended purpose. Upon arrival, the guest must have a passport with him, a contract of residence is signed. We take a security deposit in the amount of UAH 850 per day, which is returned upon departure, if nothing is damaged and all the rules of residence are observed! In case of violation of the rules, we will evict at any time without refund of money and deposit. The cost of 1 day is 850 UAH. The apartment is rented for at least two days. The day ends at 12.00 (2 hours for cleaning). Check-in at 14.00. Possible late or early check-in by prior arrangement, if the apartment is free.
