A beautiful one-room apartment near the sea is available for daily rent, near the Luzanovka bus stop, in the second row of houses from the sea. It is modern, spacious, and bright, with a balcony, gas stove, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The apartment is located at 301/2 Nikolaevskaya Road.
Nearby shops include Trash, ATB, Aurora, and a market. Nearby is the Pavlovy Beach, a 10-minute walk away, and the sea is across the road. The minibus and tram stops are 5 minutes away. The apartment boasts a modern design and is fully equipped with everything you need. Clean bed linen, towels, soap and shower gel, Wi-Fi, TV, hair dryer, iron, and all utensils are included. A free parking space is available in the courtyard. Cleaning is provided before each stay. Check-in from 1:00 PM by appointment. Check-out by 11:00 AM. A security deposit of 1,000 UAH is required and will be returned upon check-out. We do not rent for noisy parties, for Patti, or to minors (19 years and older).
