I will rent my apartment - a studio with a luxurious author's renovation. The bathroom has a shower, a boiler always with hot water, a disinfected toilet, white towels. There are roller shutters on the windows that create intimacy, comfort, silence and peace. We don't take noisy companies. Location: one minute from the Sportivnaya metro station (transition to the Metrostroiteley metro station), near supermarkets, pharmacies, a market, sports. hall, beauty salons, "Metallist" stadium, own parking lot.
